Version 6.872

Admin-only Bulk mark as booked on Logistics Schedule: review selected open requirements and booking references, confirm existing supplier agreements and save all together. Server-enforced permissions, stale-record and vehicle-overlap checks, and per-booking audit history. Supplier allocation, costs, budgets and recommended charges are unchanged.
Vehicle-type defaults now explicitly cover a standard seven-day hire. PMs can adjust the supplier budget and recommended client charge per request; longer bookings show a review reminder without automatic pro-rating.
The internal Logistics Schedule compares each supplier quote and actual supplier cost with the request budget: green under budget, neutral on budget, red over budget. Blank budgets show Not set. Existing amounts and accepted quotes are unchanged.
Vehicle types now support whole-hire supplier budgets and recommended client charges. Admin and Production manage defaults; new requests prefill editable amounts. Existing bookings and actual supplier costs remain unchanged. Explicit recommended charges feed suggested project totals; unset charges use the existing markup.
Projects table calculation selections are now personal per project, rather than table-wide. New/Edit Project forms are wider with a two-column desktop layout. Online help updated; existing PDF retained.
Projects table: personal Edit calculations controls for print/deliveries, rentals, logistics and crew. All selected by default, remembered per user on this browser. Selected spend, suggested sale, margin and remaining budget update together without changing saved costs or invoices.
Logistics uses recorded supplier cost and the existing cost × 1.60 suggested charge. Crew uses recorded daily allocation rates and explicit client charges. Missing selected figures are marked Provisional; master/sub-project attribution avoids duplicate bookings.
System Admin > Maintenance Notice controls a site-wide signed-in banner with editable start/end times and optional message. It appears immediately when enabled, uses UK time, refreshes within a minute and automatically hides after the end time. Admin changes are audited; access is not blocked.
Suppliers can open their logistics and print rate-card pages without being redirected home. Existing supplier-scoped data and editing permissions are unchanged.
Internal staff can add PPE records to their own Internal Team profile; editing other staff and shared warehouse records retains existing permissions.
Sub-project creation starts with blank independent dates, with an optional Copy dates from master checkbox. Existing dates are unchanged and master edits never overwrite child dates.
Full duration crew requirements default from prep/load through the last de-rig date, creating editable daily shifts including weekends and gaps, excluding offload (up to 62 days).
Protected crew deletion returns a clear explanation for database RESTRICT constraints and rolls back all deletion work.
Updated online help and branded PDF user guide. Install pilot remains excluded.
Crew availability calendar displays unavailable names, selected-day date ranges and crew-record links, respecting existing access and crew filters.
Admin can remove logistics rate-card entries from the active list with confirmation. Existing bookings, costs and investment history remain; inactive entries can be restored.
Rental ROI identifies the internal Massive Van by its name and MES supplier, independently of registration, including the actual BK25 FOF record.
Rental asset performance and ROI report using internal rental charges and Massive Van booking costs, with investment/running-cost history, completed/future/outstanding income and an emergency export ledger.
New and Edit project date calendars open near the closest entered project date, with direct month/year navigation. Blank and existing dates are not automatically changed.
Admin-only supplier renaming preserves linked accounts, print work, rate cards, template scopes and logistics. Duplicate names and MES renaming are blocked; changes are audited.
Version labels now use three decimal places, starting at 6.861 at the administrator's request.
Optional print catalogue editing rights for internal staff without full Admin access.
Supplier-specific artwork templates and info sheets; existing files remain All suppliers until reviewed.
Preferred print suppliers can be selected in the rate card and preselected for new print items. Existing lines and prices remain unchanged.
Internal staff with linked crew profiles can have their account roles edited in System Admin. External crew remain managed through Crew users; linked internal profiles cannot be converted into external accounts.
In-house artworkers can retain their artwork role alongside Warehouse, Production Team and Project Manager. External artworker, supplier and client warehouse restrictions remain.
Optional HR function rights for individual internal staff: skills-matrix editing and first-aid/fire-safety certificate uploads and downloads. Existing audit logging and external-account restrictions retained.
Optional client budgets on New/Edit project; project table shows budget and remaining budget against Current sale, including master/sub-project totals.
Bulk logistics PO number and PDF updates from projects and the schedule; POs allowed after quote award before booking confirmation.
Bulk logistics quote requests: review selected requirements, choose suppliers once and retain unconfirmed selections if a request fails.
Emergency exports no longer query the paused Install pilot, fixing exports on deployed databases without InstallTasks.
Sub-projects are opt-in at project creation or editing; existing families remain enabled. Tab follows Overview.
Reporting restored above Finance; detailed sub-project controls moved off Overview into a dedicated tab.
Admin and project managers can create master/sub-project structures with shared or separate Paprika codes and budgets.
Combined event financials, calendars and load lists; client access and approval contacts remain Admin-only.
Admin-only permanent project deletion includes approved MES invoices, with preview, typed confirmation and stock-hold protection. External copies and bookings remain.
Updated user guide. The paused Install pilot remains excluded.
